Distance Selling Agreement
It explains the parties to the sales contract established through the website, payment, delivery and consumer rights.

The person receiving the delivery may be different. The product, quantity, price including VAT, discount, delivery fee, delivery address/date and payment method specific to the order are an integral part of the order summary before payment and this contract.
Establishment of the contract and payment
The buyer gives payment instructions after reading and approving the preliminary information form and this contract. The contract is established when the payment institution verifies that the payment was successful. Card data is not stored by the merchant. Order summary and transaction records are stored electronically.
Delivery and performance
The order is prepared to be delivered at the address, date and time selected before payment. In case the recipient/address cannot be found, incorrect contact information or access is blocked, communication is attempted via the registered phone. In cases where delivery is prevented other than the seller's fault, a new delivery plan can be established with the parties.
Right of withdrawal and exception
In accordance with the legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw within fourteen days as a rule. However, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may be applied to flowers and plants that are perishable or whose expiration date may expire quickly, and to products that are personalized in line with the consumer's wishes. Cancellation/change requests submitted before preparation begins are subject to operational status. is evaluated accordingly.
Defective product rights
The right of withdrawal exception does not eliminate the legal rights arising from defective goods. If the product is contrary to the order, damaged or undeliverable, the consumer; can exercise their optional rights in the legislation. For review, order number, problem description and, if possible, images close to the time of delivery may be requested.
Conflict and communication
