Order cancellation
Before your order starts to be prepared, you can create a cancellation request from the order tracking screen in your account or contact us. Live flowers and personalized products that have started to be prepared may not be cancelled, as they are perishable or specially prepared for you. Delivery or product problem
If the product is incorrect, missing, damaged, significantly different from your order, or undeliverable, please contact us on the day of delivery, if possible. Fee refund
